Insurance

While we are not a provider on any insurance plans, you may be able to be reimbursed for part or all of our fees. Check with your insurance company about receiving mental health care.

We can provide you with a bill that you may submit to your insurance company.

Plans often have specific procedures for obtaining reimbursement from “out of network providers.”
For those clients in financial hardship, a sliding fee is available on a limited basis. Please inquire.
 

Fees and Payment

Initial Assessment (first session, 90 minutes): $150
Individual Session: $120
Couple and Family Session (75 minutes): $150
Home Visit: $250 initial assessment (first session, 90 minutes)
Home Visit Follow ups: $200 after first session

Note: In home services are available at the above rate if home is within 20 mile radius. Feel free to call if your home is beyond 20 mile radius to discuss other options.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up or are unavailable for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
